Shante Randolph

Shante has dedicated her life to helping people discover and put into action the strategies to create results and personal fulfillment. Over the last decade, she has directly impacted the lives of more than 250 thousand people nationally and internationally with her work in leadership, motivation, service and change. She is an author, producer, master barber, motivational speaker, teacher, and actress, known for The Worst Baker in America (2016).

Shante's journey through life has been challenging, but her drive and determination has led to many successes. Bronner brothers has called her one of the Top Master Barbers in the Nation , One of the most powerful woman in trucking. Born in Nashville, from obscurity to prosperity, mastering  lifestyle challenges.  A highschool Drop out , Randolph graduated from University Of The  People with a master’s degree in Business . She began her career with many talents and a variety of skills, and within 30 years, became the CEO of 9 businesses— making her one of the first Black female CEOs in her family.

In 2017, Randolph became the CEO of  Randolph Elite Fleet and a  proud member of OOIDA fighting to defend the rights of small business truck owners. As a philanthropist, she’s found Randolph Foundations, a non-profit for the advancement of Orphans, Widows, & Teen Parents. She also sits on the board of trustees for several Foundations for Social Justice and provides leadership counsel to her communities with thought provoking ideas, education, and resources to other nonprofit organizations.
